Nice very neat and clean
Fantastic use of some new elements. Good use of SECTION elements at the start of the doc, but a misuse of SECTION and ASIDE elements inside of the footer area. In this template, SECTIONS are nested and used for presentation purposes only which goes against the HTML5 spec. The SECTION elements in the FOOTER should be changed to DIVs. There is also some use of ASIDE elements in the footer where NAV elements should be use. If you fix these errors, this template would be fantastic.
